Arrivo nel pomeriggio ad Assisi sistemazione in Hotel. Passeggiata guidata alla scoperta della cittą.
2° giorno
Trasferimento sul Monte Subasio in una zona di raccolta dove un tartufaio con il suo fedele cane, vi guiderą in una passeggiata tra i boschi e prati, mostrando i sistemi e le tecniche di raccolta del prezioso tubero. Sosta per il pranzo all'aperto. Rientro ad Assisi per la Cena/Degustazione a base di specialitą al tartufo in un tipico ristorante.
3° giorno
Al mattino visita guidata della cittą. Nel pomeriggio lezione sulle tecniche di lavorazione del tartufo ed illustrazione di alcune ricette. Cena/Degustazione in ristorante per assaporare i piatti a base di tartufo.
4° giorno
Visita libera della cittą, tempo a disposizione per shopping. Partenza.

Day 1
Arrival in Assisi in the afternoon, check in to Hotel.Guided walk around the town.
Day 2
Trip to Monte Subasio to potential truffle ground where a truffle hunter and his faithful dog will guide you on a walk through woods and meadows, revealing the systems and tecniques of gathering this precious tuber. Lunch break in the open. Return to Assisi for Dinner/Tasting, consisting of truffle specialities in a typical restaurant.
Day 3
Morning guided tour of the town. Afternoon lesson on techniques of handling truffles, including illustration of recipes. Dinner/Tasting in a restaurant where you can relish a variety of truffle dishes.
Day 4
Free time for visiting town and shopping. Departure.
