The Municipal
Library
Palazzo Giacobetti houses this library in its rooms, many of which are frescoed. In it is found the socalled "modernpart" of a remarkable heritage of books and documents. The more ancient part of this inheritance, which relates to the period of S. Francesco, is to be found in the Holy Convent that bears his name.
The Art Gallery
Here you can find interesting works of art of the Umbrian school, paintings on wood, tapestries, and fragments of frescoes. These constitute important records on the evolution of fine art and craftsmanship, from the epoch of Giotto to the 18th century.
The Cathedral
Museum
Here you will find numerous works of art especially fragments of fresco and canvases of great interest painted by artists of the Umbrian school, such as Nicolo Alunno and Matteo da Gualdo. Besides these you can also see relics and various other religious artefacts.
