| Palazzo Giacobetti houses this library in its rooms, many of which are
frescoed. In it is found the socalled "modernpart" of a remarkable heritage of
books and documents. The more ancient part of this inheritance, which relates
to the period of S. Francesco, is to be found in the Holy Convent that bears
his name.

| Here you can find interesting works of art of the Umbrian school, paintings on
wood, tapestries, and fragments of frescoes. These constitute important records
on the evolution of fine art and craftsmanship, from the epoch of Giotto to the
18th century.

| Here you will find numerous works of art especially fragments of fresco and
canvases of great interest painted by artists of the Umbrian school, such as
Nicolo Alunno and Matteo da Gualdo. Besides these you can also see relics and
various other religious artefacts.
